Estimetal offers free phone support to users for the first 12 months after purchase. For phone support after 12 months, there is a $25.00 per call fee, charged to your credit card. To speak to a support technician, call 1-800-847-9029, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5 PM, eastern standard time.

Product Installation

After purchasing estimetal, downloading the estimetal™ software and running the installer, follow the following steps to complete your registration:

• Launch estimetal.exe for the first time
• Click Copy Computer Hardware ID
• Go to http://www.estimetal.com/register.asp to register estimetal™
• Follow instructions on the registration page - you will need your Order ID from the email received upon purchase
• Enter the information in the registration form, using the same information as when you purchased the software, and Paste your Computer Hardware ID into it's field in the registration form (it's important to paste it as it must be accurate), then complete the remaining information and click Register
• Witin 24 hours, you will receive an email with your Registration Key attached. Copy the file that will be attached in the email you receive into the file folder which contains estimetal.exe then re-launch estimetal™
